Salvation and Praise

Whoso offereth praise glorifieth me: and to him that ordereth his conversation aright will I shew the salvation of God. Psalm 50: 23

Let our worship come from our hearts. When we have such, pure worship and a pure life we will enjoy God’s presence and favor. Let us thankfully accept God’s mercy, and endeavour to glorify him in word and deed. Then we will see the salvation of God.

Psalm 50:14 “Offer to God a sacrifice of thanksgiving And pay your vows to the Most High;

Psalm 85:13 Righteousness will go before Him And will make His footsteps into a way.

Psalm 91:16 “With a long life I will satisfy him And let him see My salvation.”

God’s Loving Grace

And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then it is no more grace: otherwise work is no more work. -Romans 11:6

 The salvation of the gospel is by grace. It is the gift which springs from the love of God. It is not to be earned by the works of the Jewish law. It is not our works, lest we should boast. –Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) Eph. 2:5 Grace to you and peace from God the Father, and our Lord Jesus Christ.  Galatians 1:3

Romans 4:4 Now to the one who works, his wage is not credited as a favor, but as what is due.
Acts 15:11 “But we believe that we are saved through the grace of the Lord Jesus, in the same way as they also are.”
Ephesians 2:1 And you were dead in your trespasses and sins

A Way Maker

There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man:
but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye
are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that
ye may be able to bear it. -1 Cor. 10:13

We are not alone in our temptations. Jesus was tempted when He was
on earth. Temptations of all kind are a common thing among humans.
God is faithful and will not allow us to be tempted beyond our ability to
stand against it. We can be over-comers.

For the rod of the wicked shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous;
lest the righteous put forth their hands unto iniquity. -Psalm 125:3

Watch ye and pray, lest ye enter into temptation. The spirit truly is
ready, but the flesh is weak. -Mark 14:38

Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he
shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them
that love him. James 1:12

Jesus Is The Way-maker
Jesus Is The Way-maker
One day He made a way for me
Oh, when the light was apt to shine
Jesus heard and answered my prayer
One day He made a way for me

Echo In The Wilderness

The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare you the way of the Lord, make his paths straight. -Mark 1:3

Hear the voice of the beloved. He is preparing a way to enter into rest. We must make straight the path.We must make straight and reduce from a crooked to a straight form.

Isaiah 40:3 A voice is calling, “Clear the way for the LORD in the wilderness; Make smooth in the desert a highway for our God.

Matthew 3:3 For this is the one referred to by Isaiah the prophet when he said, “THE VOICE OF ONE CRYING IN THE WILDERNESS, ‘MAKE READY THE WAY OF THE LORD, MAKE HIS PATHS STRAIGHT!’”

Luke 3:4 as it is written in the book of the words of Isaiah the prophet, “THE VOICE OF ONE CRYING IN THE WILDERNESS, ‘MAKE READY THE WAY OF THE LORD, MAKE HIS PATHS STRAIGHT.

John 1:23 He said, “I am A VOICE OF ONE CRYING IN THE WILDERNESS, ‘MAKE STRAIGHT THE WAY OF THE LORD,’ as Isaiah the prophet said.”

Vain Worship

“‘These people honor me with their lips,
but their hearts are far from me.
They worship me in vain;
their teachings are but rules taught by men.
Matthew 15:8,9

This was making the command of God of no effect. The doom of hypocrites is put in a little compass; In vain do they worship me. It will neither please God, nor profit themselves; they trust in vanity, and vanity will be their recompence.

 And without this all outward worship is mere mockery of God. Isaiah 29:13.

Isaiah 29:13 Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men:

Romans 9:30 What shall we say then? That Gentiles, who did not pursue righteousness, attained righteousness, even the righteousness which is by faith;

Galatians 3:11 Now that no one is justified by the Law before God is evident; for, “THE RIGHTEOUS MAN SHALL LIVE BY FAITH.”

Philippians 3:9 and may be found in Him, not having a righteousness of my own derived from the Law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which comes from God on the basis of faith,

The New Heavens

In those days came John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judaea, 2 And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. – Matthew3:2

We are looking for new heavens and a new earth, in which righteousness dwe The first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there will be no more sea.

In the new heaven the former things will not be remembered or come to mind.

The new heavens and the new earth which God will make will endure before Him and,” His name will endure forever. The Lord declares this.

But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, in which the heavens will pass away with a roar and the elements will be destroyed with intense heat, and the earth and its works will be burned up.

Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat upon it, from whose presence earth and heaven fled away, and no place was found for them.

Grace for Grace

And of His fullness we have all received and grace for grace. -John 1:16

To the believers God has displayed a super abundance of grace. We have been adopted into His family to the praise of the glory of grace, by which He made us and accepted in the Beloved.
In Him we have redemption through His Blood and forgiveness of sins. It is according to His will and good pleasure.
By His grace we know the love of Christ which passes all understanding and are filled with all the fullness of God. He places His wonderful love down deep in our hearts and gives us love for everyone.
God’s great Love gives us a measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.

RIGHT WAY WRONG WAY

There is a way which seems right to a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death. – Proverbs 14:12

Proverbs 12:15 The way of a fool is right in his own eyes, But a wise man is he who listens to counsel.

The ways of carelessness, of worldliness, and of sensuality, seem right to those that walk in them; but self-deceivers prove self-destroyers. See the vanity of carnal mirth
Romans 6:21 Therefore what benefit were you then deriving from the things of which you are now ashamed? For the outcome of those things is death.

“Lift up your heads, O you gates;
           be lifted up, you ancient doors,
                that the King of glory may come in.
                      Who is this King of glory?
                              The Lord strong and mighty,
                              the Lord mighty in battle.

           Lift up your heads, O you gates;
           lift them up, you ancient doors,
                that the King of glory may come in.
                      Who is he, this King of glory?
                              The Lord Almighty —
                              he is the King of glory” (Psalm 24:7-10).

God’s Glory

“And the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth”—John 1:14.

The Word assumed a human form and became incarnate .
About the glory of Christ.
At the throne the angels with their glorious wings,  cry, “Holy holy, holy, Lord God omnipotent!” Just as truly, though not so fully, we have beheld his glory—the glory of the only-begotten of the Father—full of grace and truth.

John 1:17 For the Law was given through Moses; grace and truth were realized through Jesus Christ.

John 8:32 and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.”

Revelation 19:13 He is clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God.
